Meet The Staff

Dr. Brown grew up in a small farming town just outside Jonesboro in Northeast Arkansas. She had several dogs through her childhood as well as horses. She spent most of her teenage years on the back of a horse. The fascination of horses and dogs is what drove her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry and then Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She began her journey of practice ownership by transforming the current location of MVC from a private residence to a fully functioning state of the art clinic that began serving the community in November 2017.

Dr. Brown is married and has a daughter. Upon visiting the clinic you will most likely be greeted by her Labrador mix dog, Cornbread. She enjoys reading, gardening, and practicing yoga.  She loves to spend time with her family at the lake and local swimming pool in the summer.

Kaitlyn graduated from Arkansas State University-Beebe Veterinary Technician Program. She is a wonderful advocate for our patient's well-being and care. You will also find her in the exam rooms educating clients on important issues in veterinary medicine.

Kaitlyn shares her home with four dogs of her own: Zarra, Echo, Jocie, and June. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and the dogs at the lake or on walks.
